Canopy Set Up Information

• Early set up: You can set up canopies starting 3 pm on Friday until we have completed meet set up activites.
• On meet days, you can set up canopies starting at 6 am.
• As the meet host, Alameda Island Aquatics gets first dibs on canopy space.
• You can setup in the area shaded in green in the image below.
• No setting up within the school grounds outside the area shaded in green below.
• No setting up within 4 feet of the edge of any pool.
• Consider that pool covers will be put on each night, so don't leave any canopies blocking the cover rollers.
• Do not set up inthe areas marked in red below around the lap pool. On the east end of the pool there is a tent in place. No setting up in/around that tent. On the west side there are two gates that access the storage area for pool cover rollers, lane line reels, etc. Please no setting up in front of those gates.
